CO·life既是可持续的城市发展观，又是生活方式的社区平台。基于国内快速变化的消费环境和都市人群消费升级的需求，西安万科CO·life衍生出了与城市共生的全新综合住区模式的体验式场景，提前感知未来生活。
而未来星光作为万科进驻西北片区的首个CO·life生活体验馆，设计采用了深具革新意义的“城市第三空间”概念打造呈现。在居住和工作场所以外，通过更多场景化元素，如咖啡馆、餐吧、书店等，来打造非正式公共聚集场所以社交为中心的空间属性。
CO·life is a sustainable view of urban development, and also a community platform for lifestyle. Based on the rapidly evolving consumer environment in China and city dwellers’ demand for consumption upgrading, Xi'an Vanke CO·life Experience Center initiated a new integrated community model symbiotic with urban life, bringing experiential scenes for people to perceive future life in advance.
As Vanke’s first CO·life experience center in northwest China, the project is presented by adopting the revolutionary concept of "urban third space". In addition to living and working spaces, more scenes and elements, such as cafe, restaurant and bookstore are brought in to create an informal public gathering venue centered on socializing.
